I'm not too sure but you might not need anything at all. Most of the lowering mechanisms are internal just requiring the movement of some spacers (crush washers) or have some sort of U-Turn where a fork can be turned down.

nope i wish though lol, i'm applying at different bikes this summer. If you want a job at a bike shop just be insanely involved in the mtb community then u should meet ppl and then opportunities will appear
